I loved loved loved Page's panel. Extremely well informed on the topic, and the jokes had me dying. I learned a ton! I enjoyed Pale's panels too, and the inspiring "go forth and write about your experiences" was really motivating, but the one I think that stuck with me the most was the Live Like an Animal: A Discussion on Species Euphoria, surprisingly. I really needed that hit of "go live like you want to live" instead of bottling it up which I'm so prone to do.

Unfortunately I missed a lot of the other panels though, so I'll have to go watch the ones that are up online when I have a little more time.
